South Baton Rouge Church of Christ is hosting a Homecoming Celebration and Labor Day Picnic. This is a time for past and present members to celebrate our church’s wonderful history by reconnecting and sharing memories.

Schedule of Events:

Saturday 10:00 - 2:00 -     Labor Day Picnic …

at the Highland Road property. Bring your lawn chairs and plan to fellowship and play outdoor games.  Lunch will be provided.(In case of rain, we will meet in the church fellowship hall on Jefferson Highway.)

Sunday 9:00 - 1:00 -          “Doughnuts and Coffee”, Worship and Lunch …

here at Jefferson Hwy. Praise and worship will begin at 9:45. Some of our former members will lead us in our worship service. Lunch will be provided in the fellowship hall after church.

Sunday 6:00 - 8:00 -           Sharing and Singing …

at the Christian Student Center on the LSU campus.  Dinner will be provided.

We are very excited about this Homecoming weekend! Please plan to attend some or all of the events we have scheduled. We are still trying to reach as many former members as we can so please help us “get the word out”.
